This Privacy Policy covers both our property-management services and the Nguyen Family Investments portal hosted at https://thenguyens.info, and explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we safeguard it.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, we will use your mobile number only for the purposes described above. Message frequency varies based on your activity and service requests. All SMS is tenant-initiated. The management team may reply to tenant-initiated messages only to coordinate resolution. No promotional, marketing, or bulk outbound messages are sent.
You may opt in through any of the following channels: (a) the online opt-in form at https://thenguyens.info/sms-opt-in.php, (b) by initialing the SMS-consent clause in your lease agreement at signing, or (c) by checking the SMS-opt-in box inside your tenant portal account. Consent is not a condition of tenancy. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number to anyone. Your mobile number, the consent statement you agreed to, and the record of that consent are used only to send and receive the messages described in this section. They are visible only to authorized Lotus Property Management staff and to the messaging carrier required to deliver the message, and they are never shared with third parties, affiliates, or data brokers for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described anywhere else in this policy.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and you may reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of tenancy or of any service we provide.
The Nguyen Family Investments portal at https://thenguyens.info/Dashboard is a private property-management application used by our staff and family members. It offers Sign in with Google so an authorized user can sign in with an existing Google account instead of a separate portal password. For that feature we request only the sign-in scopes — openid, email, and profile — and we use the result once, at the moment of sign-in, to read the name and email address on the account, match them to a portal account an administrator created in advance, and start the session. Accounts are never created automatically, and we never receive or store your Google password.
A separate, optional feature in the household finance section may request read-only access to Gmail (gmail.readonly). It is used for one purpose: locating receipt, order, and statement emails and converting them into transaction records in that person's own private ledger on our server. Message contents are not read for any other purpose, are not shared, and are not used for advertising.
Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide the features described above. We do not sell it, transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide these features or as required by law, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. It is stored on our own server, accessible only to the account holder and authorized administrators.
You can revoke the portal's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you may email us to have any stored Google account data deleted.
The Nguyen Family Investments application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties for:
