Nguyen Family Investments does business as Lotus Property Management. Our text messages are sent under that name and begin “Lotus Property Mgmt:”.

By completing this form, you give Nguyen Family Investments, doing business as Lotus Property Management, permission to send SMS messages to the mobile number you provide.

Your unit number at the selected property. We match your name, unit and mobile number against our tenant records to confirm your enrollment.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages, and we will never share your number with third parties for marketing.

Frequency: Conversational and tied to your service requests — typically a few messages per request.
