Business name: Nguyen Family Investments, doing business as Lotus Property Management. Messages in this program are sent under the Lotus Property Management name and begin “Lotus Property Mgmt:”. Both names refer to the same company.

Program Description

This program enables tenants to contact Nguyen Family Investments property management via SMS to report maintenance issues, ask questions about their lease or unit, or communicate with the management team regarding their tenancy. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages related to:

• Work order updates
• Service notifications
• Account or property-related communications

All SMS is tenant-initiated. The management team may reply to tenant-initiated messages only to coordinate resolution. No promotional, marketing, or bulk outbound messages are sent.

How to Opt In (Call to Action)

End users may opt in to receive SMS messages from Nguyen Family Investments through any of the following channels. Each method captures the user's name, mobile number, the consent statement, and a timestamp; we retain these records as proof of consent.

1. Online opt-in form. Visit https://thenguyens.info/sms-opt-in.php and complete the form. The page presents the program description, message frequency, message-and-data-rates disclosure, opt-out instructions, and links to this SMS Terms & Conditions page and our Privacy Policy. The user enters their full name and mobile number and must check a separate, un-pre-checked consent box that states: "I authorize Nguyen Family Investments to send me SMS text messages at the mobile number above, including work order updates, service notifications, and account-related communications. 2. Lease agreement. At lease signing, tenants may initial an SMS-consent clause in their lease that contains the same consent language and program disclosures.
3. Tenant portal. After creating an account at thenguyens.info, tenants may check an SMS-opt-in box inside their profile settings.

Consent is not a condition of tenancy or of any purchase. We do not buy, rent, or share opt-in lists with third parties, and we do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages.

Supported Carriers

This program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and Google Voice, as well as participating regional and smaller carriers. Carriers are not required to support this program, and carrier participation may change.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither Nguyen Family Investments nor any wireless carrier guarantees that a message will be delivered, and we are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected for reasons outside our control, including carrier network conditions, device settings, or loss of service. Please do not rely on SMS in an emergency — call 911 for an emergency, or call us at (626) 480-7371 for an urgent maintenance issue.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and be the account holder of, or otherwise authorized to consent for, the mobile number you provide. This program serves mobile numbers in the United States only.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP - and we also honor CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, REVOKE and STOPALL - to any message from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.
