Nguyen Family Investments does business as Lotus Property Management. That is the name our management team operates under with residents — on work orders, notices, and text messages — and both names refer to the same company, reachable at the contact details below.

Nguyen Family Investments is also the name of the private web application hosted on this site, at thenguyens.info/Dashboard. It is the software our own team uses to run the properties described above: recording leases and tenants, tracking rent and expenses in a double-entry ledger, opening and closing work orders, filing unit inspections with photos, and following construction projects from budget to completion.
The application is for internal business use. It is not a consumer product and it is not open for public sign-up: an administrator creates each account for a specific employee or family member, and the portal never creates an account on its own. Anyone signing in without a pre-existing account is turned away.
Authorized users may choose Sign in with Google instead of keeping a separate portal password. When they do, the application asks Google only for the sign-in scopes — openid, email, and profile — and uses them once: to read the name and email address on the Google account, match them to the portal account an administrator already created, and start the session. No Google password is ever seen by us, and no ongoing access to the Google account is kept.
A separate, optional feature in the household finance section can connect a Google account with read-only Gmail access, used solely to find receipt and statement emails and turn them into transaction records inside that person's own private ledger. It is opt-in, it is used for nothing else, and it can be disconnected at any time from the Google account permissions page.
Information received from Google is used only to provide the features described here. It is never sold, never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and never used to build a profile or train any model. It is stored on our own server, is visible only to the account holder and our administrators, and is deleted on request.
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We provide SMS-based communication for tenants to report maintenance issues, ask questions about their lease, or reach our management team directly.
Tenants may opt in to receive SMS messages from Nguyen Family Investments about work order updates, service notifications, and account-related communications. All SMS is tenant-initiated. No promotional or marketing messages are sent.
Nguyen Family Investments does business as Lotus Property Management, the name our property-management team operates under. Text messages are sent under that name and begin “Lotus Property Mgmt:” so tenants can recognize them.
